About Us
Where Family Welcomes Family
Founded in 2010 by owners Gregg and Terri, our community is more than just a place to live—it’s a home licensed for 65 people with 59 rooms where residents are embraced as family. Deliberately located in a neighborhood setting, we provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where every resident feels a sense of belonging.
One of our unique selling points is our spend-down to Medicaid policy after a private pay period, providing peace of mind for families and ensuring continuity of care without financial strain.
We have become the “Hotel California” of assisted living in Arvada, where residents often choose to remain long-term and form lasting bonds. As owner-operators, Gregg and Terri are deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every aspect of the community reflects their dedication to excellence. Many of our residents come to us through referrals from previous residents and their families, a testament to the trust and satisfaction they have experienced firsthand.
At The Oberon House Assisted Living, we’re not just a local business—we’re a trusted partner in caring for your loved ones, where family welcomes family with open arms.

“As owners of the Oberon House we believe that private ownership of our assisted living facility allows us the flexibility and speed to bring a personal touch to each and every resident of our Oberon House.”

Why I do this work: I had the most wonderful parents and grandparents and always preferred spending time with them over people my own age. I fell into senior living quite by accident and found it to be my dream job. My parents and grandparents are gone now, so this is how I honor them.
Something surprising about me: I belong to a group of do-gooders called ‘Pritty (sic)’. We make beautiful and practical hand made items for people who are sick.
